Every piece of jewellery is handmade to order by Catherine Hambridge in her Hastings studio. If the piece is already in stock then it'll be shipped within two working days. Otherwise please allow ten to fourteen days for pieces made in 925 sterling silver and five to six weeks for pieces made in 9ct gold. Please check each lising for further details, all rings are handmade on a made to order basis. Bespoke pieces and commissions are very welcome and may take up to 8 weeks to complete, please consider this when placing an order.

All orders are sent via ‘Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class’ and you will be notified via email when your order ships. Please email for international orders as additional charges may apply.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange your piece within fourteen days of receiving it. Please email [email protected]

All items must be returned in new, unworn condition and must include original packaging.

Catherine Hambridge Jewellery reserves the right to refuse products that have been worn or used and are considered to no longer be in new condition.
